Everyone in the family is usually involved in some kitchen activity at Thanksgiving time even the children. With this in mind whilst browsing through my cook books the other day, when I came upon this recipe for Pumpkin Maple Pie, I thought I'd share it with you. It has all the ingredients being placed into one bowl to mix, then the mix is poured straight into a pre-made or bought pie filling case, what directions could be easier to follow?
As this dish can be prepared early and with the ease of making in mind, why not include this tasty dessert on your menu for Thanksgiving. Your children will enjoy being in the kitchen with you, their involvement in the preparation and cooking is bound to whett their appetites to try a new dish!
Served on Thanksgiving Day to your whole family and friends, watch your children's chests swell with pride as your visiting guests enjoy the results of their culinary skills!
